Meet the owner
Hi, I’m Laura! I’m a qualified Nurse, Paramedic, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and most importantly, a first-time mum to our beautiful boy, Charlie, born in early 2024. My husband, Brad, is an incredible pillar of support, fueling my passion for helping women transform their lives through Elevate Strength Coaching.
As a Women’s Health Coach, my mission is to empower women to build strength, confidence, and knowledge, enabling them to become the best versions of themselves. I am deeply committed to educating the women I work with on all aspects of health and wellbeing, not just for today, but for their long-term health and vitality as they age.
At Elevate, we focus on teaching women how to lift safely, build confidence in their training, and make informed nutritional choices because investing in yourself is the most valuable long-term commitment you can make.
We’ve created a unique small group personal training space, designed for women to learn, grow stronger, and connect with like-minded individuals. Our community is truly special, a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we inspire, motivate, and support one another to achieve our goals.

Meet your trainers
Ingrid - Trainer
I’m incredibly passionate about all things health and fitness. My journey began in gymnastics from a young age, which sparked my love for movement, stretching, and staying flexible. But like many, I lost my drive for fitness during the later years of high school and beyond. It wasn’t until after Covid in 2022 that I started to get back into working out and running regularly.

However, I was doing it all with minimal knowledge and a mindset focused more on "working harder and eating less" than truly looking after my body.
In March 2023, I made a decision that changed everything—I reached out to Laura at Elevate and chose to invest in myself. Since then, I’ve learned how to strength train with proper technique, fuel my body through balanced nutrition, and most importantly, build lasting confidence in both my body and my mind.
Now, over two years later, I’ve gone from feeling lost and disconnected to feeling strong, capable, and empowered. And I want other women to experience that transformation too. My goal is to help women feel confident in themselves—inside and outside the gym—and to show that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to feel complicated or overwhelming.
Outside of fitness, I work as a dental nurse, I’m getting married to my amazing partner Nathan in November 2025, and I’m a proud dog mum!
Jessie - Trainer
I grew up working on my family’s dairy farm, a lifestyle that taught me the value of hard work from an early age. But in my late teens, I faced some tough mental and physical health challenges that led to significant weight gain. I didn’t feel like myself anymore, my body couldn’t do the things it once could, and I knew something had to change.

In 2019, I made the decision to take back control of my health. I started personal training, joined group fitness sessions, and began tracking my food. Over the next four years, I lost 50kg—but more importantly, I found myself again.
Along the way, I discovered a love for weight training. It became more than just a workout—it became a passion. The strength I gained physically was nothing compared to the mental strength and confidence I built. In 2023, I began coaching with Laura, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. With her guidance, I learned how to truly train with purpose, fuel my body properly, and build a lifestyle that supports long-term health and happiness.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same. I believe in educating and empowering women to prioritise their health—no matter what stage of life they’re in. Understanding why we do what we do, how our bodies and minds work, and what they need to truly thrive is everything to me.
It’s not about quick fixes or extremes—it’s about finding balance, building sustainable habits, and creating a life where you feel strong, confident, and independent for years to come.
